Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Mise is run by ROJ Integrations (“we”). This policy explains what information the app holds about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store it only in scrambled (hashed) form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Your planning information: the tasks, routines, working hours, reminders and settings you enter, and when you mark tasks as done.
- Your Google Calendar, if you choose to connect it: the times and titles of your calendar events, so your day can be planned around them. If you turn on “add my plan to Google Calendar”, we also create, update and remove calendar events for your planned tasks.
How we use it
Only to run Mise for you: planning your day, showing it back to you, sending the reminder and account emails you ask for, and keeping your calendar in step if you connect one. We do not sell your information, show you adverts, or use your information for anything unrelated to the app.
Google user data
Mise’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar information is used only to plan your day and to keep your calendar in step with your plan. People do not read it, except where you ask us to help with a problem, or where the law requires it.
Where it is stored and who helps us
Your information is stored in a database in London, UK. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, who process it only on our instructions:
- Supabase: database hosting (London, UK)
- Vercel: app hosting (London, UK)
- Resend: sending reminder and account emails (Ireland, EU)
- Google: sign-in and calendar connection, if you use them
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google account’s security settings. To have your account and all its information deleted, email us and we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
